APPLE HONEY MILKSHAKE

My second recipe in healthy juices series is apple honey milkshake. Apple is healthy fruit which is rich in dietary fibers, antioxidants and vitamins. Honey is also a loaded with antioxidants. So this makes a complete breakfast drink. Now let’s see how to make this healthy apple honey milkshake.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apple – 1
  • Milk – 1 and 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder – 1 tsp

METHOD:

  1. Wash, peel the skin and cut apple into pieces.
  2. Add into blender and add the remaining ingredients to it.
  3. Blend everything properly and pour into serving glass.
  4. Garnish with Apple slices and serve.
