My second recipe in healthy juices series is apple honey milkshake. Apple is healthy fruit which is rich in dietary fibers, antioxidants and vitamins. Honey is also a loaded with antioxidants. So this makes a complete breakfast drink. Now let’s see how to make this healthy apple honey milkshake.
- Apple – 1
- Milk – 1 and 1/2 cup
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Wash, peel the skin and cut apple into pieces.
- Add into blender and add the remaining ingredients to it.
- Blend everything properly and pour into serving glass.
- Garnish with Apple slices and serve.
