BABY CORN FINGERS

Baby corn fingers is a crispy evening snack to try with hot coffee.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Rice flour- 2 tsp
  2. Corn flour-2 tsp
  3. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  5. Chilli powder=1 tsp
  6. curd-1/2 tsp
  7. Oil- as required for frying
  8. Baby corns- as required
  9. Salt – as required

METHOD:

  1. Wash baby corn in hot water.
  2. Add all the ingredients except oil and mix together.
  3. Marinate it for half an hour.

4. Fry in oil till it turns golden brown.Keep the flame in medium.

5. The crispy fingers can be served hot.
