My baby doll’s most favourite dish is pancake. So I often make pancakes at home with many variations. Today I came out with another healthy tasty version of pancake and it is a big hit at home. I couldn’t believe my baby girl finished it within 10 minutes and I served her with fried banana. Do try it yourself for the cheer in serving healthy option to the family. This pancake can be given as finger food from 8 months of age.
- Banana – 2
- Ragi flour – 2 tsp
- Rice flour – 1 tsp
- Dry fruits powder – 1 tsp
1.Cut banana into pieces and add all remaining ingredients to it.
2.Mash banana and mix everything together adding little water.
3.Heat a pan, sprinkle oil(optional) and add small ladle of the batter to it to form circle. Do not spread it.
4.Cook covered for few minutes and flip the pancake carefully.
5.When it gets cooked well remove from pan and the pancake is ready to be served.
- Sugar or Jaggery can be added for extra sweetness when serving for adults or toddlers.
- The pancake can be served with honey or homemade jam.
- For babies the pancake can be served with fried fruits like apple or banana.
