BEETROOT GINGER LEMONADE

Beetroot juice is very good source of iron and has many health benefits which includes boosts hemoglobin level, controls diabetes, moisturizes skin, reduces pigmentation and cleanses body. Lemon and ginger added to the beetroot juice increases its taste and flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beetroot – 1
  • Ginger – 1 inch
  • Lemon juice – 3 tblspn
  • Brown sugar – 5 tblspn
  • Water – 2 cups

METHOD:

1. Wash, peel the skin and grate the beetroot or cut into small pieces.

2. Add it to blender along with ginger, brown sugar and water.

3. Blend everything into juice. Strain it and add Lemon Juice.

4. Stir well, pour into serving glass and add ice cubes or chill for an hour.

5. Enjoy this refreshing drink.
