- Carrots – 2
- Apple – 1
- Ginger – 1/2 inch
- Lemon – 1
- Honey – 2 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
1. Wash, chop the apples and carrots roughly. Add it to the blender.
2. Add the ginger to the blender and squeeze the juice of lemon.
3. Pour water and blend everything until smooth puree.
4. Strain the juice using strainer or cheese cloth. Squeeze to get maximum juice from the pulp.
5. Repeat the step again by adding the strained pulp to blender, add little water and blend for a minute. Strain the juice.
6. Add honey to the juice, stir well with spoon and pour into serving glass.
