Coriander rice can be given to babies from 8 months adding little spices. I have cooked the rice with coconut milk to make it rich and healthy.
- Coriander leaves – 3 tsp
- Rice – 2 tsp
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Pepper seeds – 5
- Cumin seeds – 1 /2 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
1.Wash coriander leaves and grind into paste adding pepper and cumin seeds along with little Coconut.
2.Wash and cook rice with coconut milk and little water if needed.
3.When it gets half cooked add grinded paste and stir well.
4.Cook for about 10 minutes until the rice gets cooked.
5.Add a tsp of ghee at top and fluff the rice.
