Dates milkshake recipe. Dates milkshake is one of the healthy and tasty drink prepared with only two ingredients. Dates is rich in Iron and very good for hair as everyone know. As the dates is known as natural sweetener, no need to add sugar for this shake. This is usually consumed during Ramadan fasting. We get plenty of dates in gulf and I use to bring it whenever I come home to India. So comes a healthy milkshake as I have lots of dates at home.
- Dates – 15
- Milk – 2 cups
- Ice cubes – 6
- Remove the seeds and chop the dates into small pieces.
- Add it to a blender and pour milk to it. Blend into smooth puree.
- Add ice cubes to it and give a spin. Pour into serving glass and garnish with chopped dates.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
