Dried fig is a healthy fruit that is rich in Iron. We get dried figs often as my mother likes it so much. It like it for its crunchiness. This milkshake is creamy, delicious and healthy. I am in idea of posting healthy juices and you can find juice recipes daily for a week on my space. It starts with this fig banana milkshake which can be given to kids after school. No need to add any sweetener to this milkshake as figs and banana are sweet by itself.
- Dried figs – 5
- Banana – 1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Soak dried figs in hot water for 15-20 minutes until it turns soft.
- Add it to blender and combine the other ingredients. Blend everything until smooth.
- Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
