This is my new post so thought of a healthy, tasty and sweet recipe with ragi. I have learnt this recipe from my grandma and this is everyone’s favourite at home. I normally make it in a batch and store in container so would eat whenever we feel like. The house will always smell heavenly with the aroma of home made ghee and ragi after preparing this healthy recipe.
- Ragi powder – 2 cups
- Jaggery – 1 cup
- Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
- Ghee – 3 tsp
- Heat ghee in a pan and add drumstick leaves to it and fry till it becomes crispy
2. Add ragi powder to the drumstick leaves and fry till ragi turns color and nice aroma comes out. Take care not to burn it at bottom.
3. Then add jaggery to it and switch ff the flame as jaggery would melt and mix it well
