Egg fry is very easy side dish recipe that goes well with all variety rice. I don’t like boiled egg so I always do this fry after boiling eggs. If you are worried as your kid didn’t eat boiled eggs, then do try this recipe.
- Eggs – 2
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Tumeric powder – pinch
- Sambar powder – 1/2 tsp
1.Boil eggs in water for about 10 minutes or until it’s cooked well.
2.Remove the outer shell and cut the eggs into two halves.
3.Heat oil in a pan, add turmeric and sambar powder.
4.Drop the eggs and saute for a minute.
- Instead of sambar powder, pepper powder can be added to make egg pepper fry.
