Egg masala fry is simple, tasty and kid’s friendly recipe. This goes well with biryani and can also be had as such. Do try it at home and kids will definitely like it.
- Eggs – 2
- Chilli powder – 1 /2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 /3 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 2 tsp
1.Boil eggs, remove shell and keep aside.
2.In a bowl, take chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala powder and salt. Add little water and mix everything well to make thick paste.
3.Add the eggs to the masala paste and marinate well on all sides. You can also cut eggs into two halves.
4.Heat oil in a pan, drop the eggs and fry in low flame until it turns light brown. Take care not to burn so keep stirring.
5.Egg masala fry is ready.
