Fried Apple is a very good option as a finger food for babies and can be offered from 8 months of age. Apple is very good source of vitamins and minerals and frying it in ghee makes it more delicious and nutritious.
- Ghee – 1 tsp
- Apple – 2 slices
- Wash and peel the skin of apple and remove seeds at centre.
- Heat ghee in a pan, then add apple slices and toss for a minute.
- The skin need not be peeled for babies above 8 months and also it depends on individual wish.
