FRIED APPLE

Fried Apple is a very good option as a finger food for babies and can be offered from 8 months of age. Apple is very good source of vitamins and minerals and frying it in ghee makes it more delicious and nutritious.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Ghee – 1 tsp
  • Apple – 2 slices

METHOD:

  1. Wash and peel the skin of apple and remove seeds at centre.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, then add apple slices and toss for a minute.

NOTE:

  • The skin need not be peeled for babies above 8 months and also it depends on individual wish.
