- Milk – 2 cups
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger powder – 1/4 tsp
- Crushed pepper – 4
- Crushed Cardamom – 2
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
1. Boil milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling, simmer the flame and add Turmeric powder. You can also add fresh Turmeric.
2. Mix well and add sugar, crushed Cardamom, pepper and ginger powder. Mix and boil for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
3. Strain the milk and using an immersion blender, blend the milk to make it frothy. You can also whisk the milk vigorously to make it frothy.
4. Pour the frothy milk into serving mug. Sprinkle some Turmeric and serve hot.
