Guava is a wonder fruit with unique flavor and fragrance. It is very good source of vitamin C, A and antioxidants that are very good for skin. Eating this fruit once in a while is very good as it has four times the amount of vitamin C than a orange.
- Guava – 2
- Water – 2 cups
- Ginger – 1 inch piece
- Honey – 4 tbsp
1. Wash the guava and chop into pieces. Add it to a blender and add ginger to it.
2. Add water and blend everything into thick smoothie.
3. Strain it using a strainer or muslin cloth to remove the seeds. Add required water if it is very thick.
4. Add honey and mix. Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
