GUAVA JUICE RECIPE

Guava juice

Guava juice recipe with step-wise pictures. Guava is a wonder fruit with unique flavor and fragrance and Guava juice is very good source of vitamin C, A and antioxidants that are very good for skin. Eating this fruit once in a while is very good as it has four times the amount of vitamin C than a orange.

Guava juice

INGREDIENTS:

  • Guava – 2
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Honey – 4 tbsp

METHOD:

1. Wash the guava and chop into pieces. Add it to a blender and add ginger to it.

2. Add water and blend everything into thick smoothie.

3. Strain it using a strainer or muslin cloth to remove the seeds. Add required water if it is very thick.

4. Add honey and mix. Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
