I wanted to try low calorie weight loss recipes and tried delicious drink with oats. The instant oats is blended into a thick smoothie adding gulkand and rose water to make the drink in rose flavor. I just loved this thick smoothie and felt it is completely filling. As I was preparing this drink, an idea flashed in my mind making a pancake recipe with this same recipe. - Instant oats – 1 cup
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Curd – 2 tsp
- Gulkand – 2 tbsp
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Rose water – 1 tsp
1. Boil milk in a pan and allow it to cool completely.
2. Take oats, gulkand, curd, honey in a blender and add the cooled milk to it.
3. Blend everything until smooth. Add rose water and mix.
4. Pour into serving glass and garnish with little gulkand before serving.
5. Enjoy this drink immediately.
