INGREDIENTS:

  • Jowar flour – 1/2 cup
  • Bajra flour – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  • Pepper seeds – 6
  • Salt – as required
  • Water – as required

METHOD:

1. Take jowar flour and bajra flour in a mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, crushed pepper and salt to it.Mix well.

2. Add water little by little and knead into soft dough. Divide into small balls and roll it flat with rolling pin dusting some flour if required.

3. Heat a griddle and place the roti. Cook in medium flame turning both the sides until brown spots appear. Repeat for remaining rotis.

4. Remove from griddle and serve hot with kurma.
