Pazham pori is a all time favourite kerala snack with nendram pazham. I had this sweet bajji for the first time in a kerala restaurant in Dubai. The taste was awesome and I couldn’t stop just with one. This is perfect evening snack with a cup of tea. From that day I very much wanted to try it at home and I have tried with wheat flour instead of maida and added sesame seeds to make it healthier. The taste completely depends on ripeness of banana and it has to be fully ripen and sweet.
