My next recipe in the series of healthy juices is kiwi banana milkshake. It is light and low fat milkshake that is rich in dietary fibers, potassium, vitamins and antioxidants. Kiwi is sweet and tangy when blended with banana gives a creamy milkshake. This is perfect morning drink.
- Kiwi – 2
- Banana – 1
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Milk – 2 cups
- Wash kiwi and peel the skin using a spoon. Cut into cubes and add into blender. No need to remove seeds as they are edible.
- Add banana, honey and milk to the kiwi and blend everything until smooth and creamy.
Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
