The mixed fruits smoothie is a healthy drink loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. The natural sweetness and creamy texture makes it a perfect evening beverage for kids.
- Plum – 1
- Avocado – 1
- Banana – 1
- Apple – 1
- Sapodilla – 1
- Dates – 6
- Yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder – pinch
1.Peel the skin and remove seeds of apple, plum, sapodilla.
2.Slice apple,plum,banana, dates and sapodilla into small chunks.
3.Scoop the flesh portion of avocado.
4.Transfer all the fruits into blender, add yogurt, Cardamom powder and blend until frothy.
- Any seasonal fruits can be added.
- Coconut water can be added before serving. I skipped it as I have added full banana. This may load with potassium.
- This can be given to babies after introducing each fruits separately.
- Sweetness can be adjusted and No need to add sugar for babies.
