INGREDIENTS:

  • Instant oats – 1/2 cup
  • Apple – 2
  • Milk – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 3 tsp
  • Cardamom – 2
  • Pistachios – 2 tsp

METHOD:

1. Take oats in a blender and powder it coarsely. Wash the apples, remove seeds and grate it.

2. Boil milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling, simmer the flame and add powdered oats and sugar.

3. Cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick like porridge. Switch off, add grated apples and crushed cardamom.

4. Stir and mix together. Allow it to cool, transfer into small earthen pots and garnish with pistachios.

5. Refrigerate for an hour and serve chilled.
