Oats veg cutlets are the healthy snack that can be prepared for lunch box or for a party. This is my first try with oats and it became my favourite now. My husband liked it so much and asked me to do it often. I have prepared with potato and carrot. You can add any veggies of your choice. The cutlets can be shallow fried or deep fried. I prefer shallow frying it in pan/tawa and coated with oats for crunchiness. If you wish you can replace it with bread crumbs.
