PAPAYA JUICE | HEALTH DRINK RECIPES

Papaya is such a delicious fruit. My next recipe in series of healthy juices is this papaya juice. Papaya is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Drinking this papaya juice daily adds natural glow to the skin. This can be had as a breakfast drink which is rich in all required nutrients.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Papaya – 1/2 fruit
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder – pinch

METHOD:

1. Wash and remove the skin and seeds of papaya. Cut into small pieces and add into blender.

2. Add the remaining ingredients to it and blend into thick puree.

3. Pour into serving glass and enjoy this refreshing drink.

4. You can also refrigerate and serve chilled.
