RAGI APPLE HALWA

Ragi and Apple can be introduced to babies from 6 months. This can be served as a dessert after introducing these two separately.Regular consumption of ragi strengths baby bones and helps for muscle growth. Apple are good source of dietary fibers. And yes !!! “An Apple a day keeps the doctor away”..

PROCEDURE:

1.Peel the skin, remove seeds and cut apple into pieces.

2.Blend into fine paste in a blender.

3.Mix 1 spoon of ragi with glass of water without forming lumps.

4.Cook the ragi in medium flame till it gets completely cooked and turns shiny.

5.Add apple paste into it and cook for 5 minutes.

6.palm sugar can be added if required.
