Hi.. everyone knows about this nutritious health mix called sathu maavu (homemade cerelac). This can be mixed with water or milk as porridge. Brown rice, Urad dal, Green gram, Roasted gram, Moong dal, Masoor dal, Wheat dalia, Corn, Almonds, Cashews, Pista, Cardamom, Ragi, Soyabeans, Chana dal, Barley, Peanuts, Sago, Horse gram.
- Wash all the ingredients and sun dry for one day
- Dry roast all the ingredients seperately
- Blend everything in a blender or grind it in a mill to get fine powder.
- Sieve it to remove solid particles and lumps.
- After it cools down, can be stored in airtight container. This remains good for about two months if preserved properly.
