SIMPLE POTATO FRY

Potato fry, a delicious accompaniment to many a meal. I made this as a side dish to vendakkai puli kulambu. A very simple dish to prepare with few ingredients. This crispy fry can be made within minutes without boiling the potatoes. So it makes a quick, excellent side dish during your lazy day in kitchen.

NOTE:

  • For babies below one year, do not add salt and the quantity of sambar powder can be adjusted accordingly.
  • Pepper powder can be added instead of sambar powder.
