Tomato juice is the next recipe in my series of healthy juices. Tomato has many nutrients that when had often improves the skin and bone health. It also strengthens the immune system. It is simple, healthy and delicious evening drink. Make it when you have abundance of tomatoes.
- Tomatoes – 3
- Ice cubes – 4
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 2 tsp
1. Wash and cut tomatoes into slices. Add it to a wide bowl and mash it well with a masher.
2. Add sugar and water to the mashed tomatoes. Mix and keep it on flame.
3. Boil in medium flame until it starts to boil. Once it cools, add to blender and give a spin.
4. Strain the juice with mesh strainer.
5. Add ice cubes and serve.
