Weight loss recipes with step-wise pictures. The main problem in most of the Indian women is the weight gain after marriage or after a baby. The weight can be reduced by having a healthy eating habits and avoiding junk foods. I strongly believe in slow and healthy weight loss rather than the medical methods. The weight gain is a slow process and increases day by day. So the weight loss us also a similar process that happens slowly. You can’t expect a miracle to happen in one day. Here I have compiled some of the low calorie recipes that I have posted in the past ten days. All this recipes are tried by me and I have seen result. Of course only eating habits will not help you. It has to be accompanied by exercise in any form. I have also went walking for one hour daily. This is no way related to any medical advise and the result differs from person to person. I am sharing as it may help someone who wants to reduce weight in a healthy way.
