This is instant wheat dosa with added veggies in sweet version. I prepared it as a evening snack and we enjoyed having a filling healthy snack. This can also be prepared as a breakfast dish for babies and toddlers.
- Wheat flour – 1/2 cup
- Rava – 1/2 cup
- Carrot – 1
- Palm sugar – 2 tsp
- Banana – 1
- Cardamom powder – 1/3 tsp
- Ghee – 1 tsp
1.Wash and grate carrot. Mash the banana in hand or using blender.
2.Add to a mixing bowl and add other ingredients except ghee.
3.Mix everything well adding water to get a smooth thick batter.
4.Spread the laddle full of batter in a dosa tawa and drizzle ghee.
5.Cook covered for a minute and flip the other side.
6.Cook for a minute and repeat it with remaining batter.
- Veggies like sweet potato, beetroot can be added.
- Two tsp of ragi flour can also be added to make it more healthier.
