Gulkand banana milkshake recipe with step-wise pictures. Gulkand banana milkshake is a refreshing summer drink that is prepared with rose petal jam, banana and coconut milk. I have bought a jar of gulkand after searching it for a ling time as we get it only in one Indian shop here. So wanted to try all possible gulkand recipes. I have already prepared a healthy no eggs, no sugar, no butter, no oil wheat gulkand cake and it is a very big hit. This is my second recipe with gulkand and definitely a filling and flavorsome dessert drink. The sweetness in gulkand is enough to make this drink so no need to add sugar or any other sweetener. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream if you like.

  • Banana – 2 large size
  • Gulkand – 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk – 2 cups
  • Rose essence – 2 tsp
  • Ice cubes – as needed


1. Chop banana and add it to a blender. Then add gulkand and coconut milk to it, blend everything until frothy using hand blender or mixer.

2. Pour into tall serving glass , add ice cubes and trickle rose essence on top.

3. Serve and enjoy.
